Sealed tenders for Drinking Water Supply System and Construction of Overhead Water Tank of 5000 Gallons capacity at Rawal Rest House, Islamabad, are invited from eligible contractors on terms and conditions noted below.
Name Of Work: Drinking Water Supply System and Construction of Overhead Water Tank of 5000 Gallons capacity at Rawal Rest House, Islamabad. Eligibility of Contractors: Firm or person licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category “C” or “D” at least and registered with WAPDA/PEPCO/ Director (Civil) NTDC eligible to participate on %age basis of WAPDA Composite Schedule of Rates 2008.
Tender can be Purchased: Tender forms can be obtained from office of undersigned by depositing Rs. 2000/- with B&AO (BC) Estimated Cost: Rs. 2 Million (approximately), Earnest Money: 2% of the Bid, Note: Details of above works can be discussed with XEN BMD-II, Jail Road Flats during office hours available at Phone: 042-99202715.
Tender Fee: Rs. 2000/-, Last Date of Issuing Tender documents: 17-03-2010, Date of Receiving / Opening of Tenders: 18-03-2010 up to 11.00 AM and will be opened at 11.30 on the same date. If due to some technical reasons the tender is not matured, next date, will be 26-03-2010 & 09-04-2010 respectively.

Terms & Conditions: The maintenance period shall be one year from the date of completion of the work. The list of works/projects of the same nature completed by the Contractors should also accompany the tender.
