Continuous Monitoring
Undertake financial viability assessments of self-insurance licence applicants

Submission with the Tender of a duly executed Tenderer's Declaration (Attachment A) with no substantive alterations, except for the completion of the details noted in the required form of declaration.

Services outlined in the SOR are to be undertaken, or signed off, by a Charted Accountant or CPA. Tenderers are to provide CVs including details of the qualifications of those personnel who will be delivering the services outlined in the SOR and state what aspect of the delivery they will be undertaking.
