>NOTICE
OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the
services of a contractor to provide the Registry of the
Competition Tribunal with verbatim court reporting services
(using digital recording) including related transcription
services on an "as and when requested" basis.

The period of the Contract is from contract issue date to March
31, 2011, with two (2) one (1) year option periods.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.

The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the
Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level
of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security
Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC).

The Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED
information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be a
permanent resident of Canada or a citizen of Canada and must
EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of
SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
