portfolio. Weighting: 25 %.
2. Quality and depth of resources applied to this product. Quality of the
team put forward. Weighting: 15 %.
3. Implementation including negotiation of terms with underlying investee
funds. Weighting: 15 %.
4. Portfolio construction including risk control and compliance
monitoring. Weighting: 15 %.
5. Relative performance taking account of measures proposed by the
Tenderer for this mandate to achieve performance consistent with or better
than past performance. Weighting: 15 %.
6. Corporate structure, ownership of organisation. Experience of managing
similar portfolios, including assets under management for this product.
Weighting: 5 %.
7. Fees Proposed. Weighting: 5 %.
8. The nature of the terms and conditions proposed by the Tenderer and the
