Seated tenders are invited from reputable manufacturers & stockiest, registered with Sales Tax Department having their own office with telephone and fax facilities on FOR basis, as mentioned m the tender documents, for the supply of under mentioned items so as to reach as mentioned against each 1)) The specifications with terms and conditions etc. can be obtained from undersigned by making a request in writing on firm's letter-head along with the bank draft of given tender fee in the name of Pr Accounts Officer. P. O Box No.2151. Islamabad 2)) Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. 3)) Each tender should be accompanied by 2% earnest money in the shape of deposit at call pay order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer. P. O. Box No. 2151. Islamabad. Tenders without earnest money of 2% of the quoted price or lesser amount shall be automatically rejected. 4)) Tender documents will not be issued to the firms who could not supply the stores against orders in past
5)) The tenders shall be opened on the dates and time as mentioned against each 6)) Onus of postal delays m the delivery of the tenders shall rest with the Tenderers. The envelope should be super scribed by Tender number and its Due Date. 7)) Tenders received after date of opening shall not be entertained. Validity of the tenders shall invariably be 90 days from the date of opening (Tenderers own validity less than this is not acceptable). 8)) Tenders containing cutting and overwriting shall be rejected forthwith 9)) The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations.
