assurance as well as misrepresentation in supplying information relating
to the criteria for qualitative selection for the contract.

A current banker's reference.
Evidence of overall turnover for the past 3 years. This may be provided
via audited accounts confirming turnover figures. Candidates are expected
to have a catering related turnover in excess of 8 000 000 EUR.
Evidence of current public and employer liability insurance and other
applicable insurance cover. Relationship with any parent company.
