Investment Manager(s) for private equity mandate(s) equivalent to
approximately GBP 40 - 50 000 000 based on current values. Only managers
able to offer a fund-of-funds solution will be considered.
The Council reserves the right to alter the value of the funds awarded.
More than one manager may be appointed.
The Council reserves the right to alter the length of the contract.

based on current values. Only managers able to offer a fund-of-funds
solution will be considered.
The Council reserves the right to alter the value of the funds awarded.
More than one manager may be appointed.
The Council reserves the right to alter the length of the contract.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Providers
must be registered in terms of the Financial Services and Markets Act
2000, or equivalent law of European Economic Area (EEA) member state to
manage the assets of occupational pension funds. Proof of.

necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Details of corporate
structure and ownership. Credit rating where appropriate.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Providers must be
registered in terms of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, or
equivalent law of European Economic Area (EEA) member state to manage the
assets of occupational pension funds.

evaluating if requirements are met:
