Borough of Sutton are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of
a comprehensive maintenance electrical and mechanical service and lift
installations and the provision of a responsive maintenance service
operating on a 24 hours, 365 days basis for corporate buildings and some
schools. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option, at
the sole discretion of the Council, to extend for an initial 12 months and
