will cover the servicing and replacement of existing domestic and
corporate installations and new installations to domestic properties.
There are currently approximately 13 corporate and 3 000 residential
premises in this contract. The contract will also require an Out of Hours
Service. Some of the premises have Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems.

SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.1) CONTRACT RELATED TO A PROJECT AND/OR PROGRAMME FINANCED BY
COMMUNITY FUNDS: No.
VI.2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Contracting Authority intends to use an
eTendering system in this procurement exercise and reserves the right to
use a reverse auction.
Suppliers will be expected to deliver services that demonstrate a Best
Value approach as defined by the government.
Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability of a mimimum of 10 000
000 GBP will be required.
A minimum annual turnover of 1 800 000 GBP will be required.
Arun District Council is a Public Authority within the meaning of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 and all correspondence received will be
dealt with in accordance with the Act.
The Contracting Authority will enter into the contract for itself and on
behalf of other public bodies which are 'contracting authorities' within
the meaning of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 and which exist or
are established or otherwise exercise some or all of their statutory
functions within the administrative counties of West Sussex OR which
belong as at the date of this Contract to the Improvement and Efficiency
South East (IESE, formerly the South East Centre of Excellence), and any
such Relevant Public Body shall be entitled, with the prior written
consent of the Authority, to access and use the contract on the same or
substantially the same terms and conditions as agreed with the Contracting
Authority.
The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this

complete the PQQ/ITT -
