Note: Providing & Cladding on Chillers No. 2 & 4 Installed at State Bank of Pakistan, Main Bank’s Building, Karachi

Sealed Tenders are invited from the Contractors/ contracting firms for the above-mentioned job. Contractors enlisted with Pak. P.W.D., Provincial P.W.D.s, M.E.S., Public Sector Autonomous Bodies or any reputed organization who is doing the similar work shall be eligible to get the tender documents.
The interested contractor/Firm shall apply for the issuance of tender along with their complete profile/resume with the details of works of similar nature presently in hand and executed during last three years with cost supported by the documentary evidence. Tenders Documents for the captioned jobs can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
The amount of Earnest Money is 2% of total amount payable in the form of Cash /Bank Draft / Payment Order in favour of the State Bank of Pakistan SBP Banking Services Corporation (Bank) Head office, Karachi. No tenders documents shall be issue on the date fixed for opening of the tenders, Incomplete, conditional, and tender without earnest money shall not be accepted. This tender is only an invitation to offer and the bank does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and also reserve the rights to reject any/all tenders as per PPRA Rules.
The tender should be dropped in the sealed Tender Box kept with the P.A. to Director, Engineering Department, State Bank of Pakistan, BSC (Bank), 1st floor Bolton Market Building, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi by 11.00 A.M. on 15-03-2010. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.30 A.M. in the presence of the contractors who may like to be present. Further personal convincing or recommendations or unauthorized practices for getting the contract will also disqualify the bidders.
