This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR Part 12. Solicitation number H92240-10-T-0019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. This is a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-34. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. F.O.B Destination. All responsible businesses must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and may submit a quote that shall be considered.
