Note: Providing/ supplying and fixing of steel grill 2500 Sft on the existing boundary wall at State Life Building, G.T Road, Gujrat., Rehabilitation and Improvement in the existing boundary wall at State Life Building at Gujrat.
Tender Cost- Rs.500/-
Earnest Money- 2% of Bid Amount.

Real Estate Islamabad, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed quotations in two (02) envelope system i.e. technical bid and financial bid from those companies who are qualified /eligible and possess required experience to undertake the subject works.
Further that the parties are required to be registered with PEC, having proper offices with telephones, NTN etc and have executed works for the last 5-7 years with reputed federal government organizations will be preferred. The bidders are required to submit two (02) sealed bids in separate envelope for the said job e.g.
Bid Proposal –I Technical bid comprised of information about company profile, works completed, in progress and on going details with reputed government organizations, registration with PEC, NTN etc. and any other details, are to be provided/attached., Bid Proposal –II Financial bid comprised of bid price and earnest money.
The tenders shall be accompanied with an Earnest Money (Refundable) equivalent to 2% of the bid price along with the offer in shape of pay order/ Bank draft in the name of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and shall be delivered to the undersigned at Real Estate Department, State Life Building # 9, 2nd Floor, Blue Area, Islamabad on or before 1100 Hours at sharp on 10th March 2010. The bids will be opened in the presence of eligible bidders.
Bids received after the above deadline or without earnest money shall not be accepted and will be returned. Telegraphic / telex / Fax bids will not be accepted. The evaluation of technical bids will be carried out and completed. The tenders of only qualified bidders will be opened before the REFC and any other relevant details if required can be obtained from the undersigned.
