The VA Network 22 Logistics Office intends to award a firm fixed price unrestricted contract. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System has requirement for preventive maintenance and repair of Eleven (11) Clarke Focus Walk-Behind L20 Scrubber and One (1) Clarke Boost Riding Scrubber. The NAIS 811310 the small business standard is 6 million employees Contractor shall adjust or replace worn or defective parts required due to equipment failure. The equipment shall be maintained in optimum operating conditions and meet manufacturer's specification for operation and performance. The Contract will be for a base year with the option to exercise four (4) one-year annual renewal options. Solicitation will be available O/A 3/5/2010 with proposal due O/A 3/18/2010.
