RECOVERY Selby Ranch Headquarters Demolition Project located in San Luis Obispo County under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS ON THE FOREST SERVICE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CONTRACT AG-91S8-C-09-0020, AG-91S8-C-09-0021, and AG-91S8-C-09-0022. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a demolition project in Carrizo Plain National Monument. Project includes demolition of the housing, barns, water tank, and outbuildings. It is the intent of the government to award a firm fixed-price contract from the Forest Service Hazmat IDIQ. Receipt of award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
