Sealed financial bids are invited from reputable office stationery suppliers/B class printers, registered with Sales Tax Department, having own offices and phone/fax numbers, (if found contrary the tender will be rejected), for the supply of following different stationery items as per details given hereunder:
Delivery Schedule: -.
a) Within 10 days issuance of first order 1/3rd of the whole assignment and remaining stationary will be purchased in two quarters Commencing from July 2010 and October 2010.
2) The bidder must tender an in the shape of pay order/bank draft in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, which shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders immediately and to the successful bidder after satisfactorily completion of 01 year i.e. 2010. The bids must reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 5th March 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
3) Bids will be opened on 5th March,2010 @ 11.30 a.m. in the office of Manager (Personnel & General Services), State Life Zonal Office, Ground Floor, State Life Building, Minara Road, Sukkur, in the presence of those bidders or their authorized agents, who wish to be present at the occasion.
4) The envelope should bear the “Stationary 2010”.
5) No bid will be entertained without earnest money.
6) Delivery 10 days after the receipt of purchase order.
7) Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal. However, State life on request shall communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted bid or proposal, the grounds fro its rejection of all bids or proposals.
