The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires Foam supply, disposal and testing. MSC is considering removing these supplies and services from the current Chemical contract under which they are now provided. The Contractor would be responsible for all Foam supply, disposal and testing for all United States Naval Ships of the Military Sealift Command and any other vessels specifically identified by MSC during the term of this Contract.
