The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires chemical supplies and services. The period of performance under this Contract is one base year with four additional one-year options. The Contractor shall be responsible for all chemical supplies and services for all United States Naval Ships of the Military Sealift Command and any other vessels specifically identified by MSC during the term of this Contract. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires supplies and services for providing shipboard chemical treatment, foam testing, foam supply, and foam disposal, industrial gases, and refrigerants as described herein. The Government is contracting not only for specific products and services, but also for the delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined for each named port or geographical zone.

The Contractor shall provide products and services, on a worldwide basis, for MSC ships and any other Government owned or Government chartered ships designated by MSC. Services under the scope of this contract include engineering support services (e.g. service calls, training, laboratory analysis), technical evaluation, and troubleshooting services.

The solicitation resulting from this notice will be available on or about 1 March 2011. Once the solicitation is posted, it will be available at www.msc.navy.mil. Click on Contracts (upper right hand corner of the screen), click on Request for Proposals/Quotations, search by the solicitation number N00033-12-R-8000, and follow downloading instructions.
