The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all management, supervision, manpower, vehicle, equipment and supplies necessary to perform armed security guard services at the IRS Centers in Austin, TX, Fresno, CA and Ogden, UT for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, including holidays. The period of performance for this requirement includes a base period and four one year options beginning October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. Note: The solicitation will be available on or about May 3, 2010. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to submitting a proposal. Contractors not registered in the CCR at the time proposals are received risk their proposals being rejected. To register in the CCR the website is: www.ccr.gov. This requirement is set aside for SBA 8(a) contractors. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this acquisition is 561612.
