Note: Location: Supply of Equipments for Carpentry, pipe fitting, steel fabrication & welding, tailoring and dress-making, house hold appliances, auto-mechanics, gems stones cutting, fruit processing, electrician, computer and secretarial trade for the Technical Education Centers (TCE) to be established in 7-Districts of Gilgit-Baltistan i.e. Ghanche, Diamer , Hunza-Nagar, Gilgit, Skardu, Ghizer and Astore.
Tender fee of non-refundable fee of Rupees One Thousand only (Rs: 1000.00).

1. The Project Director/ Director Education (Planning) Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following equipments under Project (NAVTEC) Establishment of 07 Technical Centers in Gilgit-Baltistan, for Supply of Equipments for Carpentry, pipe fitting, steel fabrication & welding, tailoring and dress-making, house hold appliances, auto-mechanics, gems stones cutting, fruit processing, electrician, computer and secretarial trade for the Technical Education Centers (TCE) to be established in 7-Districts of Gilgit-Baltistan i.e. Ghanche, Diamer , Hunza-Nagar, Gilgit, Skardu, Ghizer and Astore.
2 Bidder may bid for one or more complete lots. Bid received for partial lots will be considered non-responsive. Bid evaluation and contract will be awarded to lowest evaluated bidder on lot basis.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further informations from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Project Director/ Director Education (Planning) Gilgit, Directorate of Education, Hunza Chowk, Gilgit Pakistan. (Tel-05811-960287, 960292, 960296)
4.A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees One Thousand only (Rs: 1000.00). Interested bidders, who wish to obtain the bidding documents through courier service, should provide an additional amount of Rs: 100.00 for delivery within Pakistan.
The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Submit proof of qualification information’s specified in the bidding documents to ascertain responsive.
100% payment will be made on completion of supply, installation, commissioning and successful inspection of the goods and no advance payment will be made under this contract.
