municipality in Hedmark would like to enter into a contract for emptying
sludge with one service provider and invite therefore companies to an open
tender competition for emptying and delivery of sludge from private sewage
installations.
The assignment will mainly consist of emptying sludge tanks and septic
tanks from households, holiday homes and joint installations in Søsr-Odal
municipality.
The assignment is for emptying sludge from dispersed settlements,
interceptors for sludge and blocked collection tanks, which the
municipality is obliged to carry out pursuant to the Pollution Act § 26.
