ENGINE OVERHAUL, FUEL INJECTION PUMP AND COMPUTER TROUBLECODE DIAGNOSTICS. DISCONNECT ENGINE FROM OTHER COMPONENTS AND RE-INSTALL WHEN ALL WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO CAT SPECIFICATIONS. ADVISE OF ANY ADDITIONAL REPAIRS NEEDED AFTER ENGINE IS REMOVED. WORK TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: STEAM CLEAN ENGINE REPAIR DETERMINATION STATUS (RDI) TO CONFIRM QUOTED STATUS CLEAN AND INSPECT ALL PARTS INSPECT/POLISH CAMSHAFT & CRANKSHAFT RECONDITION OR REPLACE WITH REMANUFACTURED: CYLINDER HEAD, CONNECTING RODS, TURBOCHARGER CARTRIDGE, OIL PUMP, WATER PUMP, FUEL PUMP, PISTONS AND LINERS, NOZZLES/INJECTORS. CLEAN AND TEST ENGINE OIL COOLER REPLACE WITH NEW: ROD BEARING, MAIN BEARINGS, THRUST PLATES, CAM BEARINGS, TIMING GEAR TRAIN BEARINGS, FRONT AND REAR SEALS, AND ALL RELATED GASKETS, OIL SEALS, BELTS, HOSES AND FILTERS. ENGINE TO BE RECONDITIONED TO CAT SPECIFICATIONS DYNO TESTING OF ENGINE (IF APPLICABLE) CORROSION CONTROL/PAINT ENGINE.

Transport equipment from McGuire AFB to contractor and return equipement to McGuire AFB, NJ when work in completed to CAT specifications.
