INVITATION TO BID

The Supreme Court, through its Bids and Awards Committee for the Halls of Justice, invites interested contractors to submit applications for eligibility and to bid for the repair and rehabilitation of the Halls of Justice at Narvacan, Ilocos Sur and Paoay, Ilocos Norte.

The Eligibility Check/Screening shall use the non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be undertaken.

All particulars relative to the eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bid conference, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of the contract to the lowest calculated and responsive bid shall be governed by Republic Act No. 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and its implementing rules and regulations.

The Supreme Court reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process at anytime prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
