Sealed Financial Bids are invited from Pre-qualified / Non Pre-qualified GST/NTN registered Firms / Suppliers having own Office Phone / Fax Number (If found contrary Tender will be rejected) preferably based at Rahim Yar Khan for the supply of printing items on the below terms and conditions: (Required Printing Items Sheet # 1/1 is attached herewith).
Terms & Conditions- Samples / specifications of printing items may also be inspected / obtained from our Zonal Office 2nd floor, Iqbal Complex, Rahim Yar Khan during working days (Mon-Fri).
Rates should be valid for the year 2010 and must be submitted in sealed envelope., The closing date of Tender is 01.03.2010 at 10:30 AM and Opening date of Tenders is 01.03.2010 at 11:00 AM.
Earnest Money must be deposited equal to 5% of the Quotation/Tender Value in form of Call Deposit Receipts in favor of Incharge (P&GS), SLIC, R. Y. Khan Zone which will be refunded to the unsuccessful party on the spot and the refundable CDR will be detained of the successful party till the completion of job/tender.
On finding sub-standard quality as and when noticed during process/supply, the items shall be returned., The Firms/Suppliers in question will be bound to supply the required items within the stipulated time mentioned in Purchase Order.
The bidders will attach their respective copies of NTN and GST Registration Certificate, GST should be included in the rate of each item., Sealed Tenders duly completed in all respect must be reached the undersigned by Courier services / By Post during office hours I.e. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Sharp except Saturday & Sunday till the closing date as mentioned above.
The Income Tax/GST will be deducted as per Income Tax/GST Rules., Demand of material will be ordered quarterly for the year 2010.
The Corporation reserves the rights to cancel / reject any or all the tenders without arguing any reason thereof. Reason of rejection shall be communicated to contractors /suppliers if they demand. For further details the undersigned may be contacted during office hours in person or telephonically.
