Sealed Quotation are invited from GST/NTN registered Firms/ Printers/ Stationers preferably based at Bahawalpur for the purchase of various items of Printing Stationery of different matter as per specification/size and contents available in State Life Bahawalpur Zonal Office for given under quality & quantity :
Terms And Conditions:
1. Security amount must be deposited equal to 02% of the approximate value of the quotation in form of “Call Deposit receipt”/crossed cheque in favour of the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Zonal Office Bahawalpur which will be refunded to the un-successful parties on the spot and the refundable cash payment of CDR will be detained of the successful parties till the completion of job as per quotation/purchase order. No quotation will be acceptable without earnest money. Quotations along with the Tender Security in the amount mentioned above must reached to Assistant Manger- (P&GS) State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan,
Bahawalpur Zone, 2nd Floor Al-Karim Plaza Circular Road, Bahwalpur, on or before 23rd February 2010 11:30 AM. mentioned date & time. Tenders will be opened on the same date/day as mentioned at 11:30 AM in the presence of Questioners /representative who choose to attend.
2. On finding sub standard quality as and when noticed during process, the deposit security may be forfeited in favour of the Corporation.
3. The Firms/ Suppliers / Distributors in question will be bound to supply the required items as whole consignment with in 10 days from the issuance date of supply order.
4. Sealed Quotation duly completed in all respects must be reached to the undersigned by Courier Service/ by Registered Post..
5. The Income Tax will be deducted @ 3.5 % at source or as per Govt. of Pakistan Law.
6. The Corporation may reject all quotation(s) at any time prior to the acceptance of the quotations . The Corporation shall upon request communicate to questioner who submitted a quotation, the grounds for its rejection of all quotations, but is not required to justify those grounds.
7. Purchase order will be issued on item-wised basis to the lowest questioners accordingly.
8. The Quantity of order may be increased/decreased in accordance with the rates received and budget available.
9. Payments will be released after supplying the ordered items and after checking quality etc
