Earnest Money 2 % of the Bid (annual) Amount Amount

Real Estate Division, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed tenders form eligible / reputed firms who are eligible to handle the below work and registered with reputed organizations in Pakistan.
Proof of experience and registration is pre – requisite for issuance of tender. Tenderers will be ‘Post Qualified’ on the basis of information submitted with the Tender. Tenderers who fail to qualify shall not be considered.
Single stage, Two Envelopes procedure will be adopted. One Envelope containing information regarding post qualification of Tenderer shall be clearly marked “Technical Qualification Information”. The Second envelope containing the price tender documents shall be clearly marked as “Financial Bid Documents” accompanied with Earnest Money.
Tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non–refundable fee in shape of cash / Pay order drawn in favour of State Life form “ Real Estate, 1st Floor, State Life Building , 15- Davis Road, Lahore and are also available at “ Real Estate, State Life Building, Abdali Road, Multan. during Office hours (Postal Correspondences will not be entertained).
Two Envelopes “Technical Qualification Information” and “Financial Bid Documents” must be delivered at “ Real Estate, 1st Floor, State Life Building , 15- Davis Road, Lahore at or before 11: 00 AM on above mentioned date. The Envelope “Technical Qualification Information” shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
The “Financial Bid Documents” of Tenderers who fail to Post Qualify shall be retuned Unopened. Upon technical verification, the envelope “Financial Bid Documents” of Post Qualified Tenderers will be opened at 11: 00 AM in the presence of Tenderers representatives on the date to be intimated in due course of time.
Bids received after the above deadline or without earnest money shall not be accepted. Telegraphic / Telex / Fax bids shall not be accepted., State Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders assigning reasons thereof.
