1.2 STATEMENT OF BID ITEM(S)A. BASE BID: Work includes items shown in the contract documents which can be described to, but not limited to: cleaning of high pressure and medium pressure supply ductwork, outside air duct work, return air duct work, VAV boxes, fan coil units, supply and return grills. Work limited to areas throughout the second thru ninth floors, and second and fifth floor mechanical rooms. Completion time is 120 calendar days. B. DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATE BID ITEM #1: All work on the main bid item and delete requirement to clean all high pressure supply air ductwork on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Completion time is 105 calendar days. C. DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATE BID ITEM #2: All work on Alternate Bid Item #1 and delete requirement to clean all outside air supply ducts on the 4th thru 9th floors. Completion time is 90 calendar days. D. DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATE BID ITEM #3: All work on Alternate Bid Item #2 and delete requirement to clean low pressure supply ducts on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Completion time is 75 calendar days. E. DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATE BID ITEM #4: All work on Alternate Bid Item #3 and delete the requirement to clean the VAV boxes on the 4th floor. Completion time is 70 calendar days. F. DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATE BID ITEM #5: All work on Alternate Bid Item #4 and delete the requirement to clean the VAV boxes on the 3rd floor. Completion time is 60 calendar days.
