Sealed financial bids are invited from reputable GST/NTN registered firms/ stationers having their own office, phone/fax numbers, (if found contrary the tender will be rejected) preferably based at MIRPUR AZAD KASHMIR for the Supply of following Stationery Items on below mentioned terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions: The specimen of the Forms/Documents/items are available in the office of the In-Charge (P&GS) State Life Mirpur (AK) Zone, which can be obtained/seen during office hours from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday except Saturday and Sunday.
Bids should be sent along with a Pay Order/Bank Draft of the 2% of the bid value in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Mirpur (AK) Zone as earnest money, which will be refunded /returned immediately after the completion of Z.P.C process to the unsuccessful bidders and after satisfactory completion of job to successful bidders.
Tender closing date is 15/02/2010 at 3:00 P.M. Tender opening date is 15/02/2010 at 3:30P.M. Supply order will be placed keeping in view our budget and requirement position during the year 2010.
Bids will be opened in the office of In-Charge P&GS, State Life, 2nd Floor Baray Mian Plaza, Kotli Road, Sector F-1, Mirpur (AK) on date and time as specified above in the presence of those bidders or their authorized agents, who wish to participate at the occasion of opening of bides.
All the bids must include G.S.T. and all other Govt. Taxes., No bid will be entertained without earnest money. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal. However State Life on request shall communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals.
Income Tax @3.5% will be deducted at the time of payment to the supplier as per Government Rules. GST will be charged and deducted according to GST Rules of Government of Pakistan.
On finding sub standard quality as and when noticed during process, the security deposit may be forfeited in favour of the Corporation., No Transportation Charges for the delivery of items will be payable.
