I. Improvement of FOM Working Area:

1. Safe and careful removal of existing wooden trusses and old. G. I. sheet roofing;
2. Installation of roof assembly, including sheaths and trusses taken from FTIC roof deck. Steel frames shall be modified as and painted with gray epoxy primer, roofing sheaths shall be painted with acrylic paint, as shown in the plan;
3. Installation of roof insulator to reduce heat;
4. Expansion of working shed, 144.0 sam. total floor area;
5. Provision of motor-operated roll-up door at the enclosed shop;
6. Repainting of walls;
7. 4" thc. concrete topping to elevate the area to prevent flooding;
8. Provisions of sliding steel gates and welded wire partitions;
9. Replacement of old roofing, use roof from FTIC;
10. Improvement of common toilet; and,
11. Installation of louver blocks windows at the shop.

II. Waterproofing and Improvement of FTIC Roof Deck:

1. Removal and hauling of existing roofing and roof framing materials - to be used at the FOM project;
2. Chipping of existing concrete topping and removal of existing waterproofing;
3. Installation of 2mm. self-fusing membrane waterproofing;
4. Installation of 30 cm x 30 cm. ceramic floor tiles;
5. Provision of concrete moulding (water arrester) and repainting of parapet wall with acrytex; and,
6. Provision of access door going to roof deck.

Approved budget: PHP 3,101,294.98
