Description: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. Description: In accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76, May 29, 2003, this notice provides the formal public announcement of a streamlined competition final decision of the Helicopter Life Support performed at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming, Malmstrom AFB, Montana, and Minot AFB, North Dakota.

The incumbent service providers affected by this public-private competition are approximately six (6) of Department of Defense government personnel positions consisting of zero (0) Department of Defense civilians, six (6) military, and zero (0) Department of Defense contracts.

Based on the issuance of a solicitation and receipt of private sector proposals, the streamlined competition form indicates that a private sector contractor is the most cost effective service provider. The adjusted baseline costs and streamlined competition form and documentation are available upon request.
