The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of "Irrigation Wells/System" at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The Government anticipates soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This acquisition is an 8(a) sole-source set aside. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 237110 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code 1781, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. This project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all parts, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation to procure and install two irrigation wells, pump station, surge tank and pipe to the existing backflows on FE Warren AFB, WY. Magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This magnitude does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. The Government anticipates the issuance of the RFP in March 2010. The target award date is April 2010 with a start date in April 2010. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register visa the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their Representations and Certifications on the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov. There will not be paper copies of this solicitation available. The RFP will be released using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) available at http://www.fbo.gov. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
