Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129600/C/SER/AL.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: IPA 2009 national programme for Albania.
4. Financing: 22.02.02 transition and institution-building assistance to
potential candidate countries.
5. Contracting authority: The European Union, represented by the European
Commission, itself represented in view of the present tender procedure by
the Delegation of the European Union to Albania, for and on behalf of the
Government of Albania, Tirana, ALBANIA.
6. Nature of contract: Global price/fee-based.
7. Contract description: The purposes of this contract are twofold: to
produce the detailed design and the works tender dossier for the
construction of sewerage systems in Vlora and Ksamil (global price
component); and to supervise the works both for the construction of
sewerage systems in Vlora, Ksamil, Lezha and Shengjin and for the
extension of the wastewater treatment plant in Kavaja (fee-based
component).
8. Indicative budget: 1 800 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: March 2010.

11. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006
