RECOVERY - PROJECT NUMBER RM011-00 - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS CONTRACT ACTION WAS ACCOMPLISHED USING OTHER THAN COMPETITIVE PROCEDURES BECAUSE THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED IS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT; THIS MODIFICATION IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: HEAD INC. N69450-09-C-0766. THIS IN-SCOPE MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO ADD ADDITIONAL ASPHALTIC CEMENT CONCRETE (ACC) FULL DEPTH REPLACEMENT AS A RESULT OF DIFFERING SITE CONDITIONS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLIN 0003 OF THE CONTRACT, 37,200 SF OF ACC AT THE CONTRACT LINE ITEM PRICE OF $18.50 PER SQUARE FOOT WILL BE REQUIRED. THE TOTAL MODIFICATION AMOUNT IS $688,200.00.
