collaborative contract for the provision of financial and personal data
information. This information will be used for a number of reasons:- For
intelligence gathering for investigations- For evidential purposes- For
the assessment of potential suppliers to the AuthorityThis information
needs to be timely and accurate, and provided through a simple and easy to
use process. The data supplied needs to reflect International Reporting
Standards, and be in the currency of the based location, i.e. in the UK -
£ Sterling, elsewhere in the EU - € Euros.

II.1.4) Information on framework agreement:
Range between: 6 000 000 GBP based on estimated spend of early adopter forces and 10 000 000 GBP based on estimated spend of additional parties referred to within II.2.1.
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:
The Lead Force Authority reserves the right to accept whole or in part of any tender or none at all. The Lead Force Authority also reserves the right not to issue any ITT for this requirement or subsequent contract.
This notice and any subsequent framework agreement allows itself and all other UK police forces and law enforcement agencies and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes in accordance with instructions given by participating Authorities to use the products and services described under this notice and any subsequent framework agreement.
It is anticipated that early adopters under this framework will include: the Lead Force established under section 5B of the Police Act 1996; a police authority established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996; a police authority established under section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; the National Policing Improvement Agency; and all nongeographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at http://www.police.uk/forces.htm http://www.police.uk/forces.htm.
It should be noted that there may be an additional spend of 10 000 000 GBP should these police forces and law enforcement agencies utilise the framework. Thames Valley Police, the Lead Force cannot guarantee to suppliers any business through this framework agreement. Estimated value excluding VAT: 6 000 000 GBP. This value represents the committed spend gathered from the Lead Force and other forces to date.
Estimated range: between 6 000 000 GBP based on estimated spend of early adopter forces and 10 000 000 GBP.

VI.3) Additional information:
This notice allows itself and all other UK police forces and law enforcement agencies (and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes) in accordance with instructions given by participating Authorities to use the services described under this notice.
These will include: the Lead Force established under section 5B of the Police Act 1996; a police authority established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996; a police authority established under section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; the National Policing Improvement Agency; and all non-geographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at http://www.police.uk/forces.htm http://www.police.uk/forces.htm.
