This task order will be for the installation and removal of a temporary watertight enclosure (coffer dam)to be located downstream from the stilling basin at Wright Patman Lake. The Contractor will construct the watertight enclosure (coffer dam). The dam will be constructed of select fill material compacted in lifts to prevent the dam from collapsing and eroding while the dewatering and inspection is being performed.
