RECOVERY The National Park Service has identified a requirement to demolish four abandoned houses in the Camino del Canyon area in the Muir Woods section of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and revegetate the landscape. This notice is to inform the public of the Government's intent to negotiate directly with one company in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)) and the FAR Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Department of the Interior, National Park Service. Yerba Buena Engineering and Construction, 1340 Egbert Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124, has been identified for this project. There will be no solicitation publication. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 36, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910.
