NOTICE TYPE: Amendment to Pre-Solicitation / Synopsis (originally posted as W52P1J-09-R-0211)

The intent is to solicit for an award on a full and open competition basis. This service requires contracted organizations to provide centralized classroom (theory) training and practical (lab) training, which includes the development and implementation of master plans that cover areas such as urban master planning; agricultural master planning; city, water and sewer master planning; provincial transportation study; solid waste master planning, etc., throughout Iraqi provinces.
