Note: Replacement of Defective, Basement (U – Channel) Pipes, Cage & Allied Works of Cooling Tower (King Sun) installed at State Life Building #. 2, Karachi.
Tender Cost : Rs. 200/-.
Earnest Money (Fix) : Rs. 10,000/-.
Tender Purchasing Date On Or Before : 8th Feb 2010.
Tender Opening Date : 11th Feb 2010.
Contract Period : 30 Days.

Real Estate Division, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from eligible / reputed firms / contractors, who having the experience in such type of works.
Tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents from the Mechanical Engineering Deptt, Real Estate Division at 5th Floor, State Life Building #. 9, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi.
Complete Set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application upon payment of Rs. 200/- (non-refundable) fee in shape of Pay Order Or Cash in favour of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan mentioned above.
Tender must be accompanied by a tender security amount as mentioned above and must be delivered to Real Estate Division, 5th Floor, State Life Building #. 9, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi, at or before 15:00 Hours on above mentioned date and will be opened at 15:30 Hours on the same date / day mentioned above in the presence of Tenderer’s representative, who choose to attend.
Bids received after the above deadline or without earnest money shall not be accepted and will be returned.
This advertisement is also available on State Life website at www.statelife.com.pk.
State Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders.
The bidder will have to attach copy of NTN, with the tender documents.
