Note: Tender for Operation, Maintenance, Servicing & Overhauling Works of HVAC System installed at State Life Building #. 9, Karachi.
Tender Cost : Rs. 200/-.
Earnest Money : (Fix) Rs. 25,000/-.
Tender Purchasing Date On Or Before : 14-02-2010.
Contract Period : One Year Extendable for further period of Two Years.

Real Estate Division, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from eligible firms / contractors having vast experience in below mentioned works.
Tender will be opened in presence of Tenderers representative.
Tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents from the Mechanical Engineering Deptt, Real Estate Division at 5th Floor, State Life Building #. 9, Dr. Zia Uddin Ahmed Road, Karachi.
Complete Set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application upon payment Rs. 200/- as mentioned above in shape of Pay order Or Cash of a non-refundable fee in favour of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security as mentioned above and must be delivered to Real Estate Division, 5th Floor, State Life Building #. 9, Dr. Zia Uddin Ahmed Road, Karachi, at or before 14:00 Hours on above mentioned date and will be opened at 15:00 Hours on the same date / day mentioned above in the presence of Tenderer’s representative. Who choose to attend.
Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
