-Prezentarea declaratiei privind calitatea de participant la procedura;
-Prezentarea declaratiei privind situatia personala a operatorului economic ;
-Prezentarea Certificatului fiscal (Certificat de atestare fiscala) eliberat de Compartimentul Impozite si Taxe Locale;
-Prezentarea Certificatului de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de administrare fiscala;
-Certificat constatator ;
-Certificat de inregistrare.

b) Bilant contabil pe anii 2006, 2007 si 2008 vizat de organele competente.

Cerinte minime obligatorii: - Bilantul pe anul 2008 sa fie cu profit net; - Cifra de afaceri medie pe ultimii 3 ani sa fie de minimum 6.500.000 lei; Pentru conversie se va folosi rata medie anuala de schimb comunicata de catre B. N. R..

Operatorul economic va prezenta:
- Declaratia privind lista principalelor lucrari executate în ultimii 5 ani;
- Informatii privind obligatiile contractuale in curs, daca exista ;
- Declaratie privind utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele de care dispune operatorul economic;
- Declaratie privind efectivul mediu anual al personalului angajat;
- Decl. privind partea/partile din contract care sunt indeplinite de subcontractanti ;
-Declaratie pe propria raspundere privind respectarea legislatiei de securitate si sanatate in munca.

Cerinta minima obligatorie: - O lucrare similara (lucrare de constructii civile), executat de ofertant în ultimii 5 ani, cu o valoare de cel putin egala cu valoarea ofertata. - Certificatul SR EN ISO 9001/2000; - Certificatul ISO 14001/2004; - Certificarul OHSAS 18001/2008;
