Bahrain Training Institute invites quotations for the following Tenders:

Tender Title:
Supplying of 100 PC for BTI

Those who are capable and want to participate in the above tenders has to call the Bahrain Training Institute during the working hours and collect the appropriate tender document after paying non refundable, starting on Sunday 31 /01/2010 , and to enclose with this offer the Initial Bond should for the amount specified above or at a rate of 1% of the quotation value whichever of the amount is lesser, provided that initial bond's value shall be not less than BD 100/-, the initial bond is in a form of Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee ,Cash or Insurance Policy, valid for the duration specified in the tender documents.
2. Offers should be deposited in the tender box provided at the Tender Submission Office, 7th floor, Tender Board Office at AL Moayyed Tower, Seef Area, before 1:30 PM on the tender closing date.
3. This Tender should comply to the to the provision of the General Tenders Regulations, No. (36) for the year 2002, and it’s executive Regulations No. (37) for the year 2002.
4. In addition these conditions has to be considered:
• Enclose cop of the Commercial Registration Bill, for the current year, and has to be included/ matched with the tender subjects.
• Form No. TB 02 is to be filled completely, mentioning the Total Tender Value and Unit Price.
• Enclose a Certificate of Compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower issued by Ministry of Labour.
• All tender documents (original/copy) which has been submitted with the offers should be stamped with the company’s stamp.
