THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. There will not be a solicitation or specifications available at this time. The Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Millington, Tennessee is seeking certified HUBZone Small businesses with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capabilities to perform the proposed requirement: to furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, management, training and Quality Control necessary for the performance of Preventive Maintenance, Inspection and Services (PMIS) and the related Load Tests and Certifications to various Category I, Category II, Category III Weight Handling Equipment, Rigging Gear and Miscellaneous Equipment located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Memphis Detachment, Memphis, Tennessee. Management of Weight Handling Equipment, Training, Qualifications, Licensing and Accreditations required are in accordance with NAVFAC P-307. This document may be downloaded from the Navy Crane Centers web-site https://portal.navfac.navy.mil/ncc, or hard copy may be ordered from the Naval Inventory Control Point, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5098, Phone (215)697-2626. The prospective contract will be a five year effort. NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310, the annual size standard is $6.0 million. Interested parties should send an email that states they are able to meet all of the technical requirements, training, qualifications, licensing and accreditations outlined in NAVFAC P-307. In the email, interested parties are also required to submit their DUNS number and CAGE code. Notifications of interest must be submitted in writing via email; phone calls will not be accepted. Notifications that do not address all the required information will not be considered. NO ADDITIONAL LITERATURE IS DESIRED. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be emailed to the following address rosalie.giannino@navy.mil. Responses must be received as soon as possible but no late than close of business 5 February 2010.
