Sealed financial bids are invited from reputable stationers / printers/General Order Suppliers registered with Sales Tax department having own press and Phone/ Fax (if found contrary
tender will be rejected) for the supply of different printing items as per detail given here under.. Bidders have to provide duly stamped sample of papers along with quotation.
1 The rates should be valid for one year. Tender closing date will be 28-01-2010 at 10.00 am and tender opening date will be 28-01-2010 at 10.30 am. Tender will be opened in the P&GS department State Life Building 5th floor G.T Road Gujrat.
2 On finding substandard quality as and when noticed during process, the contract may be cancelled forth with.
3 The Firm/ suppliers/Printers in question will be bound to supply the required items as whole consignment within 15 days form the issuance of supply orders
4 The bidders will attach their respective copies of NTN & Sales Tax certificates.
5 Sealed tenders duly completed in all respects must be reached to the undersigned by Courier Service/by Post during Office hours i.e 8.30 AM TO 5.00 PM (sharp) except Saturday & Sunday till the closing dates and time as mentioned above. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of In charge (P&GS) Gujrat zone.
6. 3.5% income Tax or as per Government policy will be deducted at source
7 The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
8 Procuring agencies shall announce the results of bid evaluation in the form of a report giving justification for acceptance or rejection of bids at least ten days prior to the award of procurement contract.
9 All rates / quotations must include the sales tax @16%
