This sources sought is being done by the 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley AFB, CO to determine size, and type of businesses able to provide repair of heavy industriall (vehicle) equipment maintenance, example is a combination loader/backhoe. If this is a service your bushiness can provide please respond to this sources sought.
