Note: Operation, Maintenance & Overhauling of AC Plants & Allied Equipment Installed at SLIC Building, D.I. Khan.
Tender Cost- 200/-
Earnest Money- 15,000/-

Real estate department, state life insurance corporation of Pakistan invited sealed tender from firms contractors eligible to handle the below works.
Tender may obtain the tender document from the officer of Incharge Real Estate department, state Life Building, 34- the Mall, Peshawar Cant, During office hours and shall be returned latest by 1/2/10.
Complete set of tender document may be purchased by interested tender upon Payment of Rs. 200/- Non-Refundable fee in the shape of bank draft, pay order drawn in favor of state life insurance corporation of Pakistan.
Two package tender return system will be adopted. One envelope containing information regarding post qualification of tender shall be clearly marked Technical Qualification information. The second envelope containing the price tender shall be clearly marked financial bid document which shall be accompanied with the earnest money as mentioned above.
Only those tender which pass the post qualification process will be opened in the presence of tender representative who choose to attend at time to be determined. The financial bid document of the tender who to post qualify shall be returned to them unopened. The decision of SLIC in this connection shall be final and bidding on the bidders. SLIC shall entertain no claim on the basis of cost incurred by the bidders whose bid were not considered.
Copy of the earnest money draft shall be attached to the technical bid. Otherwise the tender shall be rejected. State life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of tender.
