It is hereby notified that pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Ceylon adopted under Section 19 of the Bank of Ceylon Ordinance published in the Gazette of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka No. 1565 of 2008.08.29 and in the "Dinamina", "Daily News" and “Thinakaran” of 2008.08.18 M/s. Schokman and Samarawickrama Auctioneers of No. 24. Torrington Road, Kandy will sell by Public Auction on 2010.03.15 at 11.00 a.m. at the spot, the property and premises described in the Schedule hereunder for the recovery of the balance principal and interest due up to the date of sale and cost and monies recoverable under Section 26 of the said Ordinance.
The Schedule Above Referred To: All that divided and defined allotment of land marked Lot 1 depicted in plan No. 372 dated 28th October, 1998 made by W. M. S. M. B. Wijekoon, Licensed Surveyor, Kandy, Containing in extent Fifteen decimal Nought Two Perches (A00-R00-P15.02) from and out of all that land called "Kasalakalawe Egodawatta" situated at Kapuliyadde in gamdahaya Korale of Patha Hewaheta in the District of Kandy, Central Province and which said Lot IS is bounded according to the said Plan on the North - East by Road from Main Road to houses, on the South-East by the remaining portion of this land belonging to B.M. Ukku Banda, on the South-West by Main Road from Talatuoya to Marassana and on the North-West by the land belonging to R.M. Abeysinghe Banda together with the permanent building and everything standing thereon and registered under Folio G 402/68 at the Land Registry, Kandy.
