The Property Mortgaged To DFCC Vardhana Bank Limited By: Kaluthanthrige Sandhya Kumudini Priyanka Fernando and Harambage Apna Sarangi Fernando have made default in payments due on Mortgage Bond No. 4276 dated 27th August 2007 attested by C Dayarathne Notary Public of Negombo.
Description of Property Mortgaged by Mortgage Bond No. 4276 All that divided and defined allotment of the land depicted in plan No.42 dated 04.05.1977 made by R I Fernando, Licensed Surveyor of the land called " Ambagahawatta and Ambagahawatukebella" bearing Assessment No. 32/6 Quentin Fernando Mawatha situated at 3rd Division Bolawalana within the Municipal Council Limits of Negombo within the Registration Division of Negombo in the District of Gampaha Western Province.
Containing In Extent: A0:R0:P4.80.
Together with buildings and everything standing thereon.
Mode of Payment : The successful purchaser will have to pay the following amounts in cash at the fall of the hammer.
1) 10% (Ten Percent) of the Purchased Price.
2) 1% (One Percent) of the sales Taxes payable to the Local Authority.
3) Auctioneer's Commission of 2 1/2 % (Two and a half percent only).
4) Clerk's & Crier's Fee of Rs.500/=.
5) Notary's Fee for condition of Sale Rs. 2000/=.
The balance 90% of the purchased price together with any other statutory levies, duties, taxes or charges whenever applicable and imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka or any other authority to be payable within 30 days from the date of sale.
