II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The objective
of this contract is to develop and improve the client's estate in terms of
environmental performance, efficiency and reliability. There will be a
head contract which will consist of three phases - the first phase is the
analysis of client's estate and development of a works programme, the
second phase is the turn-key implementation of agreed works and the third
phases is the follow up monitoring and evaluation. Ongoing maintenance of
all or any equipment, installed or existing, may also be a feature of any
contract let under this framework agreement.
In addition the resulting performance of some or all of the implemented
works may be subject to a guarantee, subject to negotiation and agreement
between the client and the provider.
