Note: Here mentioned both dates of tender are tentative.
Payment of a non-refundable form fee and registration fee of Rs. 500/= (with taxes) and a refundable deposit of Rs. 1000/-.

Bids are invited for hiring of Vans, Tractors and Lorries, to be assigned for the services of the Dehiwala Mt. Lavinia Municipal Council.
Details of vehicles and bids should only be submitted on forms prepared by this Council. The vans should have been registered after the year 1995.
The relevant tender forms and instructions can be obtained from the Mechanical Engineering Department (Municipal Garage) from 07.01.2010 up to 02.02.2010 between 8.45 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on Payment of a non-refundable form fee and registration fee of Rs. 500/= (with taxes) and a refundable deposit of Rs. 1000/-.
Duly perfected forms could either be sent by Registered Post or be deposited in the Tender Box kept at my office.
The caption "Bids for Hiring of Vans/Tractors/Lorries" should be marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope.
The council reserves the right to accept or reject all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
