The Federal Government owned Autonomous Corporation invites seated Tenders from National Tax Registered security service provider companies for the supply of services of Security Guards with arms on the following stations.
Terms & Conditions

a) No bids will be entertained without earnest money equivalent to 05% of the bids value in favour of State Life in the form of Pay Order.
b) The sealed quotations should reach to the Secretary Zonal Procurement Committee, State Life, Zonal Office, 40-C, University Road, Sargodha up to 11:00 a.m. on 21s' January, 2010. The Envelop must bear the "Security Services" at its right hand corner of the Envelop.
c) Tender will be open in the office of Incharge / Deputy Manager P&GS (Personnel & General Services), State Life, Zonal Office, 40-C, University Road, Sargodha on 21s' January, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who are available.
d) The Competent Authority may reject all bids / proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The competent authority shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
e) Bidding documents are available for the bidders at the below mentioned address
f) The estimated numbers of guards mentioned above may vary at the time of signing agreement.
g) 3.5% deduction at source on account of Income Tax or as per laid down Government Policy shall be enforced on all payments.
h) The bidders must attach copy of their NTN certificate with the tender.
