individuals to tender nor is it commitment that this amount will be spent
during the next 12 months. It is a notification process required under EU
Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC. Expenditure will only occur if specific
Calls for Tender are advertised during 2010. In other words, this process
is a statement of potential business and contracts during the following 12
months but is not a commitment to purchase.
This Scheduled Start date is an indicative date only and actual
requirements will be determined throughout 2010.

relation to this PIN. Further information will be available in the
Contract Notice applicable to each Invitation to Tender when advertised
